I purchased a equipment from Fiscal of Integrity Tampines on July 12, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Deangelo M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

The situation with Fiscal of Integrity Tampines has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the customization service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-DC0FC2D9 multiple times.
