I am writing regarding order #ORD-2317-RNI-2648 placed with Crystal Resort Luxury Group on October 26, 2006. I paid $721.26 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Erna N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 17, 2025 05:49I appreciate Crystal Resort Luxury Group reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement jacket has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
