I have been a loyal customer of Crystal Resort Luxury Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-5826-HVX-3373) on March 26, 1970, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
