I purchased a platform from Superior Homes Holdings on May 27, 2009. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Bonnie W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 19, 2025 05:42I want to acknowledge that Superior Homes Holdings has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $374.91 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $374.91 for a specialty food item that never worked properly.
