On February 3, 1986, I signed up for Superior Homes Holdings's consultation at their Millerton, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $360.37, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Robert W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 23, 2025 05:37Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $53.25 refund only covers part of what I paid for the consultation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
