I want to report a serious concern with Crystal Retreat Hotels's membership that I purchased on July 21, 1995 from your Arthurhaven, Utah store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Savanah U., but my issue remains unresolved.
