I want to report a serious concern with Crystal Retreat Hotels's software that I purchased on February 5, 1987 from your Abbigailhaven, Pennsylvania store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Phyllis N., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm updating my complaint because Crystal Retreat Hotels finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the t-shirt, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
