I'm writing to complain about the installation service I received from Ultra-Tech Kuching. After paying $493.74 for accessory, I found that it was denied a refund. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Sophia B., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The router from Ultra-Tech Kuching not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
