I have been a loyal customer of Dynamic-Machine Bekasi for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-7667-RIM-4180) on September 18, 2003, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 15, 2025 05:18After my initial complaint, Dynamic-Machine Bekasi contacted me to troubleshoot the television. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
