Frustrated with First Fiscal Advisors's lack of response

On December 15, 2011, I signed up for First Fiscal Advisors's customer support at their Ullrichhaven, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $122.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Amanda Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
