Poor customer service experience with FirstFiscal

I want to report a serious concern with FirstFiscal's accessory that I purchased on October 15, 2024 from your East Aaliyahville, Oklahoma store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Bette E., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 14, 2025 05:16Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $489.75 refund only covers part of what I paid for the design service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
