I want to report a serious concern with FirstFiscal's device that I purchased on August 9, 2002 from your West Fidelchester, Ohio store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Beverly I., but my issue remains unresolved.

I've received an email from Avery Moore at FirstFiscal offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The wireless speaker was clearly defective from the start.
