I want to report a serious concern with UnitedAsset's service that I purchased on July 6, 1980 from your Lake Alexandrea, Mississippi store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jeremy Y., but my issue remains unresolved.
