I'm writing to complain about the delivery service I received from UnitedAsset. After paying $770.51 for package, I found that it faced system outages. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Reginald O., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I appreciate UnitedAsset reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement router has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
