I have been a loyal customer of Steel Products Fort Worth Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-4908-ABX-5659) on March 9, 2020, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
