I want to report a serious concern with The Comfort Residence's platform that I purchased on August 19, 1974 from your North Neal, Kansas store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dakota W., but my issue remains unresolved.

I appreciate The Comfort Residence reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement fitness tracker has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
