Warranty claim denied by Contractors Bros

I have been a loyal customer of Contractors Bros for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-2992-AJQ-2091) on January 14, 2012, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
