I have been a loyal customer of United Homes & Sons Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-1487-AAN-4616) on January 25, 1993, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After speaking with Sarah Allen from the Service Excellence at United Homes & Sons Enterprises, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
