I have been a loyal customer of United Homes & Sons Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-1487-AAN-4616) on January 25, 1993, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
