On October 7, 2019, I signed up for Renovations Inc Enterprises's premium plan at their West Elsa, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $211.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cecil I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 10, 2025 05:50I've received an email from Joseph Hernandez at Renovations Inc Enterprises offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The tablet was clearly defective from the start.
