I want to report a serious concern with Architecture Bros Genoa's tool that I purchased on October 2, 2015 from your North Demetris, North Carolina store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Bobbie R., but my issue remains unresolved.

The situation with Architecture Bros Genoa has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the technical support package, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-3B5F4F19 multiple times.
