I purchased a item from Architecture Bros Genoa on June 21, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Idell P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Architecture Bros Genoa, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my camera. This is extremely frustrating.
