Delayed delivery from Architecture Bros Genoa

I want to report a serious concern with Architecture Bros Genoa's system that I purchased on January 16, 1981 from your Kohlerhaven, South Carolina store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Bradly X., but my issue remains unresolved.
