Quality issues with Treasury Planners product

I purchased a accessory from Treasury Planners on January 9, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rubye I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
