I want to report a serious concern with The Golden Resort Group's platform that I purchased on February 10, 2005 from your East Babyfurt, South Carolina store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Johathan Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
