I want to report a serious concern with The Golden Resort Group's account that I purchased on July 4, 1986 from your Colefort, Nebraska store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Sophia H., but my issue remains unresolved.

I want to acknowledge that The Golden Resort Group has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $300.72 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $300.72 for a jeans that never worked properly.
