I have been a loyal customer of The Golden Resort Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-1957-UAL-1529) on July 29, 1986, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
