I am writing regarding order #ORD-5011-WDC-9257 placed with Craft Bros Goiânia on November 27, 2016. I paid $808.44 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Shaniya T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
