I want to report a serious concern with Elite Materials Industries's accessory that I purchased on November 7, 1970 from your West Patsyhaven, South Carolina store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Carolyne N., but my issue remains unresolved.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Elite Materials Industries called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
