I purchased a item from Elite Materials Industries on September 26, 2007. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Arely R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Elite Materials Industries has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their design service.
