I purchased a item from Elite Materials Industries on September 26, 2007. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Arely R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
