Poor customer service experience with Elite Materials Industries

I have been a loyal customer of Elite Materials Industries for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-2732-RZA-2148) on May 24, 2005, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 06, 2025 05:24I want to acknowledge that Elite Materials Industries has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $75.39 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $75.39 for a headphones that never worked properly.
