Refund refused by Diamond Resort
Complaint Details
On December 24, 1996, I signed up for Diamond Resort's consultation at their South Torreyton, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $803.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kory K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
