I am writing regarding order #ORD-2240-RFS-2892 placed with Diamond Resort on May 12, 2006. I paid $878.41 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Devante W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

It's now been 10 days since my initial complaint, and Diamond Resort still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their technical support package.
