I am writing regarding order #ORD-2240-RFS-2892 placed with Diamond Resort on May 12, 2006. I paid $878.41 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Devante W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
