I purchased a solution from Heritage & Holdings Inc. on September 12, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dee U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
