I have been a loyal customer of Suites Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-3019-LSD-2728) on August 1, 2000, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
