On March 24, 1993, I signed up for Lodge International Inc.'s setup assistance at their East Joshborough, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $321.97, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mortimer L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After my initial complaint, Lodge International Inc. contacted me to troubleshoot the fitness tracker. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
