Hidden fees discovered in Credit Partners statement

On February 24, 2005, I signed up for Credit Partners's training session at their North Priscillaview, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $282.66, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jamar X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
