I purchased a gadget from Accommodations International Bologna on August 23, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gregorio D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
