I purchased a package from Accommodations International Bologna on October 20, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lauretta Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

It's now been 11 days since my initial complaint, and Accommodations International Bologna still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their subscription plan.
