I purchased a package from Accommodations International Bologna on October 20, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lauretta Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
