I am writing regarding order #ORD-6412-RBK-6192 placed with Engineering Associates on October 13, 1978. I paid $799.62 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Karelle C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Engineering Associates contacted me to troubleshoot the catering service. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
