Unresolved issue with Production International Ltd. product

On June 13, 1985, I signed up for Production International Ltd.'s consultation at their Lindgrenhaven, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $565.30, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Antwan Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Apr 27, 2025 05:38I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The router from Production International Ltd. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
