I am writing regarding order #ORD-9278-VRK-8579 placed with Production International Ltd. on December 29, 1996. I paid $581.98 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Cierra P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
