Quality issues with Hotel at Luxury product

I have been a loyal customer of Hotel at Luxury for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-1580-RNI-7599) on January 3, 2024, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
