I purchased a accessory from Hotel at Luxury on March 4, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Darian V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The athletic shoes from Hotel at Luxury not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
