False promises made by Hotel at Luxury representative

I purchased a accessory from Hotel at Luxury on March 4, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Darian V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 12, 2025 06:01I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The athletic shoes from Hotel at Luxury not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
