I am writing regarding order #ORD-5810-PAF-8057 placed with Hotel at Luxury on August 16, 2009. I paid $318.14 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bernie X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
