I purchased a service from Fabrication Solutions Milan on June 22, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Malika I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
