Misleading advertising by Pro-Contractors Enterprises

I have been a loyal customer of Pro-Contractors Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-1080-SBO-7374) on September 10, 2014, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 26, 2025 05:34I want to acknowledge that Pro-Contractors Enterprises has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $365.17 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $365.17 for a coffee maker that never worked properly.
