Misleading advertising by Pro-Contractors Enterprises

I want to acknowledge that Pro-Contractors Enterprises has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $365.17 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $365.17 for a coffee maker that never worked properly.
