Unauthorized charges from Wealth of Pinnacle

I want to report a serious concern with Wealth of Pinnacle's package that I purchased on September 2, 2021 from your Benmouth, Idaho store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Hipolito E., but my issue remains unresolved.
