Warranty claim denied by Wealth of Pinnacle

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3595-MCK-9022 placed with Wealth of Pinnacle on June 15, 1988. I paid $880.27 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Caterina Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 21, 2025 05:50I want to acknowledge that Wealth of Pinnacle has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $238.39 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $238.39 for a camera that never worked properly.
