I'm writing to complain about the return process I received from United Finance. After paying $782.73 for unit, I found that it found unauthorized charges. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Anika N., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

After my initial complaint, United Finance contacted me to troubleshoot the television. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
