I am writing regarding order #ORD-8009-ZNA-8843 placed with United Finance on December 28, 2015. I paid $136.81 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Enid L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
